Design and Implementation of Coaching Initiatives

• Facilitated meetings and coaching of key leadership group to achieve alignment on strategy
• Strategic planning sessions to identify key outcomes, goals, activities and timeline
• Design and delivery of curriculum for internal coach development programs

Professional Coaching for Leaders

• A nine-month program to develop coaching competencies and skills in key managers and leaders
• This program includes two one-on-one coaching sessions per month for each attendee.

Facilitator-Coach Development Program

• A nine-month program to develop coaching competencies in a cadre of selected people who will ensure the continuity of the coaching initiatives.
• The focus of the Facilitator-Coach Development Program is on creating a sustainable foundation for the future that can be evolved by your organization well after we have concluded our engagement with you.
• In addition to the development of coaching competencies, we will also ensure that the core team develops the training skills to deliver further Coaching Intensives and to create, design and deliver other Coach Development programs for the organization in the future.

The Coaching Intensive

• A two-day intensive program to heighten receptivity to coaching as a way of managing and leading others.

• The focus of the Intensive is to introduce key coaching skills and develop basic coaching competencies in participants.

Executive Coaching and Leadership Development

• One-on-one coaching sessions with executives to further develop their leadership capabilities.
